The reflection of higher education is an academic institution that produces agents of change in all aspects of life. As an agent of social change and culture, universities are expected to contribute the values of gender equality. Yet the existence of gender inequality is frequently appeared as debatable thinking in real life especially in academic life. Gender inequality in academic life can be observed from several aspects, such as: activities, access, and control toward the existence of academic resources in higher education. One of the components in the field of higher education and need attention is the student. In addition, as an academic product, student also involve as a part of agent of change that is expected to present meaningful contribution both for the social and culture life in college life.
